Veronica McCoy

Veronica McCoy is an operations leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations create structure, improve processes, and manage the operational details that keep businesses running effectively.

Throughout her career, she has led client fulfillment, customer service, financial administration, workforce operations, event management, vendor coordination, CRM administration, and cross-functional business operations. Her experience spans both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face as they grow.

Before launching SummerLynns Management, Veronica served in executive and operational leadership roles where she managed complex business operations, financial processes, executive support functions, workforce coordination, and large-scale events. She also managed workforce operations supporting more than 350 employees across multiple locations while maintaining payroll, scheduling, and operational accuracy.

Today, Veronica helps trades businesses, contractors, local service providers, and growing small businesses create the structure, systems, and accountability needed to operate more efficiently. Her approach is practical, organized, and focused on helping business owners spend less time managing chaos and more time growing their business.

SummerLynns Management was gifted in 2005 by a brother who saw potential long before the business officially launched. He recognized his sister's operational instincts, the ability to bring order to complexity, to see what others missed, to build systems that actually worked, long before she had a name for them.

Named after Veronica's first granddaughter, the company remained dormant for years until the timing aligned with a clear mission: helping small business owners build the operational foundation they need to grow sustainably.
